Choose Your Apartment: Select from a variety of modern spacious apartments available under the Rent to Own scheme at Eden Heights.
Sign the Agreement: Enter into a Rent to Own agreement that outlines the rental period, purchase price and portion of rent that will contribute towards the purchase.
Move In: Start living in your chosen apartment as a tenant with the intent to purchase.
Bi Annual or Annual Payments: Make regular bi-annual or annual rent payments, a majority of which will accumulate as your down payment for the future purchase.
Build Equity: Over time, increase your equity in the property with each rent payment, making you progressively closer to homeownership.
Purchase Option: At the end of the rental period, exercise your option to buy the home at the pre-agreed price, using the equity built up through rent as part of the purchase cost.
Become a Homeowner: Complete the purchase to transition from a renter to a homeowner at Eden Heights.
